This site collects two things: your email address, if you join the waitlist, and anonymous statistics about visits. Nothing is sold, and there are no ads.

The waitlist

When you join, we keep:

• your email address and when you joined;
• which form you used, the page address you joined from (including any link tag such as ?ref=), your country as reported by Cloudflare, and your browser’s name and version;
• a scrambled code made from your IP address, never the address itself, so the form can stop someone from flooding it. The record of each try is deleted after a day.

We use your email for one thing: to tell you when Vibe Cider is ready for you. We don’t add you to any other list, and we don’t share it with anyone. It’s stored on our web host’s servers (Hosting Ukraine) until you ask us to remove it or the waitlist is closed.

Visit statistics

We use Google Analytics to see how many people visit, which pages they look at, how they found the site and roughly where they are (country and city, from the IP address). It sets small cookies (_ga) so a return visit isn’t counted as a new person. We switched off Google signals and advertising features, so this data isn’t used to show you ads, and Google keeps it for 14 months.

If your browser sends Global Privacy Control or Do Not Track, Google Analytics isn’t loaded at all. You can also block it everywhere with Google’s opt-out browser add-on.

Who else handles data

• Cloudflare delivers the site and protects it from attacks. It sees your IP address while doing so.
• Hosting Ukraine (adm.tools) runs the server and the database that holds the waitlist.
• Google receives the visit statistics described above.

Your choices

To see what we hold about you, or to have your email removed from the waitlist, write to support@halfpickle.com from that address. We’ll do it and confirm.

Children

This site isn’t meant for children under 16, and we don’t knowingly collect their email addresses.

Changes

If this page changes, the new version will be published here with a new date.
